Services and scope
The services you order online are described on the order page. We confirm every order in writing (email or text) before work starts. If conditions at the property differ from what you described, we will tell you before starting and agree on any change in writing.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Online card payments are not available yet. Payment will be enabled after ELVIE LLC completes payment setup. Do not submit payment through this website until online payments are explicitly enabled. Materials are not included unless the description says so.
Measurement and estimate visits
If you book a visit online, the visit fee is credited toward the contract price if you hire us for the project. The date you choose is a request; we confirm the exact time by text or phone. You may reschedule or cancel for a full refund at least 24 hours before the visit.
Scheduling
After payment we contact you to agree on a start date. Dates depend on access to the property and any required approvals.
Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel for a full refund before a start date is scheduled. After scheduling, we may keep costs we cannot recover, such as special-order materials. If we cannot complete the work, you receive a full refund of the part not performed.
Property access and approvals
You confirm that you own the property or have the owner's permission. Approval from an HOA or condo association is your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Workmanship
Warranty terms for our work are stated in your written estimate or agreement.
Privacy
We collect the details you enter in our forms (name, phone, email, property address and project information) to answer you, schedule and perform the work, and keep business records. If online payments are enabled in the future, the payment provider shown at checkout will process payment details under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your information.
